Send a Message through the Results Portal
The easiest way to communicate with our office is through the Results Portal. This allows you to send secure messages to the staff and providers without having to make a phone call.
Log in to the Results Portal.
Logging In
Step 1: Log in to the results portal
Step 2: Enter your email address and password and click login. If you do not know your password, click on Forgot Password or contact the office to send a password reset email.
Home Page
The first screen you will see is the home page of the results portal.
In the center of the page, there is a Messages form that you can fill in to send a message to your provider and/or their team.
